The sixteen passenger Aida Maria offers a combination of comfort, style and economy for tours in the Galapagos.  Each of the eight double cabins has a private bath and hot shower, air conditioning and an external deck to enjoy the sunny Galapagos days.  This boat started operating in the Galapagos in 1997, offering cruises around the islands as a charter yacht as well as for individual travellers.
Its design is based on efficiency and comfort with ample social areas and 8 cabins 2 in main deck, 2 in upper deck and 2 in solarium providing optimum comfort for your experience exploring the Galapagos.  She takes 16 guests in double cabins with private facilities, A/C and hot water and desalinator having unlimited water.

Departure dates for 5 and 8 day cruises starting Sundays and Thursdays.

Facilities
This 78-foot solid, steel-hulled motor yacht (with stabilizing sail) was built in Holland. She is comfortable and well laid out, offering good cabin and public-area accommodations and has all the basic features that characterize the yachts we market. An ample dining-room/salon connects to an outdoor dining facility with large tables, TV with video-system, sound-system, mini-library with books and videos and a small bar.

Six air-conditioned double cabins and 1 exterior double bed cabin, all with private bathrooms and hot water.

Crew
Captain, mechanic, chef, helmsmen, two sailors and licensed naturalist guide.

Two generators each of 21 & 12.5 kW for 110 V & 220V A/C and 12V & 24V D/C, Furuno Navnet Radar, Plotter and Sonar, GPS, VHF & SSB radios, two tenders with outboard motors, 32’ High Definition LCD TV, DVD video equipment.

Safety equipment:
One self-contained 20-passenger life raft, EPIRB (Emergency Positioning Indicating Radio Beacon), two bi-directional VHF emergency-radios, one VHF (Motorola) wide-range radio, VHF and HF radios and one cell-phone communication system, life jackets, fire extinguishers, safety smoke and fire detectors and overhead sprinkler systems, A.B.C fire-control system and CO2 bank for the engine room.
